I am a loyal customer to this chain. However I decided to have dinner here with my daughter. The service here is horrible. The front desk the girls are too busy talking to properly assist you. The waiter I had (I will disclose his name in my email to corporate) was simply horrible. He could not be found when we first arrived but before I could get up to ask to be moved he arrive. He seemed to rush us along so that he may get back to the conversation that he was engaged in. Our plates and utensils that were on the table were dirty and we had to ask for new ones. Food is good and consistent. Portions are huge and you get what you’re paying for. I prefer the lunch portion when it allows. It’s much more manageable. Menu is extremely large. Don’t know how long it could take to try the whole menu. Staff can be a hit or miss. Some are great others not so much. I always try the pasta dishes. Chipotle chicken pasta was pretty good, could use some more spice imo.
I dined here with my mom and sister, and we all absolutely enjoyed our meals! The Korean BBQ chicken was fantastic, and the fettuccine Alfredo was equally delicious. My sister really liked her spaghetti and meatballs. Our server, who I think was named Jessie, was wonderful! She was very funny and really enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered and picked up a whole cheesecake to go for a special occasion. When we went to serve the cake, one side of it had been smushed in and needless to say it was a very huge embarrassment. At $60 I expected an attention to detail that wouldn’t lead to a messed up cake.

I've always enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory in the past, so I was looking forward to takeout from the Rockaway, NJ location. Unfortunately, the food was greasy and cold, and it was poorly packaged in disposable containers. It was quite a surprising disappointment.
Food was real. We have to wait 20 mins even on week days, that says everything about this chain. Service and Ambience was amazing. We will come back again for Dynamite Shrimp and bang bang Chicken. Truly delicious.
Great food! It's a nice spot to grab a bite while you're at the mall, much better than the food court! The red velvet cheesecake is always a standout, and the Linda fudge cake is a must-try!
I always have a wonderful experience at this location. The food and service consistently exceed my expectations. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for every location. Great job, Rockaway!
