I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Cheesecake Factory location, and here’s why. The setting is pleasant, and our waiter was friendly while taking our order and serving our drinks. However, the most significant issue was the one hour and ten minute wait for our food after being seated. Although our server apologized for the delay, I believe a wait that long is unacceptable. We ordered the chicken Marsala, salmon, and Chicken Parm Pizza Style. To be honest, we only managed to eat about half of our meals because the extended wait ruined our appetite and overall dining experience. The margherita flatbread was simple yet completely addictive. The beet salad was the highlight of the day; everyone raved about it. My favorite dish was the chicken potstickers, which were cooked to perfection and served with a tangy soy sauce. The shrimp scampi was prepared in the traditional way, and my nieces loved the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, although I didn’t get a chance to try the pasta myself. This is one of my favorite spots for dinner. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious at reasonable prices. I especially love the avocado egg rolls. I tried the chicken Madeira but swapped it for salmon, and it was fantastic! I also had the Cinnabon cheesecake, and I'd definitely order it again!
