The food and beverages were fantastic. The overall behavior of everyone in this restaurant is simply bad. I honestly believe that the employees are not intentionally being rude, they are simply overwhelmed with work. The company should do a better job managing labor costs in order to address this issue with the amount they charge they should balance better. They are overwhelmed by the number of people coming in, or could it be that management is not effectively controlling things? I'm not sure, but everyone from the host to the servers, cashiers, and everyone else was extremely impolite. I purchased two cheesecakes that had to old because both of them stuck to the boards so you did not get the bottom crust. The crust on the side also crumbled. The managers Brandy or Mary was to bring the cakes back. First I purchased one for my niece who’s suffering from cancer. I would have to collect from my niece and her family when most of it had already been tossed out. I was to them gather what’s left of mine. Find someone to drive me all the way back to Orland Park,Il to take them back when the should not have been served anyway. I learned an expensive valuable lesson. I am a senior with limited funds with mobility issues. I’ve had enough.
