This is the restaurant with the worst attitude of the staff and the manager! I am a delivery man, and the restaurant never lets the delivery man enter the restaurant. He can only wait outside the restaurant, whether facing the scorching sun or the heavy rain. I can't find a second restaurant with this rule. They treat the delivery man as an inferior. Every time they pick up the food, the restaurant will make the delivery man wait for a long time. Once, I went to the restaurant to pick up the food, and I didn't see the staff after waiting for 5 minutes. I wish I could give Zero stars today was very hurtful me and my teenage daughter wanted to go out for Mother’s Day and this place ruined our time together we were sat at a dirty table all the way in the back of restaurant only for me to have to ask for a clean table then left at table for 15 mins no greeting, no drinks, and no sever, they sat a party of 7 next to us they greeted them prepared there table with silverware and bread as they sat down we still had no server or bread drinks nothing so by this point my teenage daughter is in shock just how racist these places are the manager Dave came I explained he stated that they been busy not understanding what that had to do with us waiting 15...

Although it can be a bit loud, this is the perfect option for families with picky eaters or when you don 't know what you want to eat since the menu is like 10 pages long! Favs are the Lettuce wraps, corn tamales, coconut lime chicken and apple cheesecake. Highly recommend having a reservation as they get super busy.5/15/24 update still loving my Lettuce wraps, sweet corn tamales and iced tea. It can be hard finding your dish here since they have so many options but I highly recommend coming to lunch (before 5) and you can try two smaller portions until you find your fav! The male hosts are incredibly rude, we 've gone twice now and both times we were given major attitude from the men who seated us.Thankfully the waitresses (I believe one was named Selena) were very nice and made up for that part of the experience.Food was amazing, I recommend the Chicken Parmesean "Pizza Style "It was easily one of the best things I 've ever tasted ? meraI have attended cheese cake factory many times. It was always a good experience. The last few times something changed. It wasn't the same. Today, Mother's Day, I wanted to go and buy their delicious desserts but it was very disappointing to see that the quality and size of the portions were inferior. It's not good like before.

The Food Was Horrible I Order Shrimp Bistro and added Chicken two chunks of Chicken with One full Shrimp. And 4 Ends of the Shrimp Shame on you! I Drove Far to get this…. I Live Nexts to Cerritos the Cheesecake Factory is Fire they Don’t Serve Food Like this Ugh!!!

The food here is decent, but it doesn't measure up to other Cheesecake Factory locations I've visited. The wait times are excessively long, and the staff often seem to have an attitude.
