I used to always order the farfalle pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and roasted garlic cream sauce at this restaurant for years. However, I haven't had it in a couple of years because every time I did, it was not prepared correctly and did not taste like how it used to. After two years, I decided to give it another try, but once again, there was no cream sauce at all. Instead, my noodles, veggies, and mushrooms were drowning in oil. The menu described a garlic cream sauce, but there was no cream to be found, just an excessive amount of oil.
Alright, where do I start? The seating was uncomfortable. We were seated very close to 2 other sets of guests the table was really small. After we were seated it took 10+ minutes for our waitress to introduce herself and ask if we wanted to start with any drinks. I ordered a lemon drop a sprite. The sprite tasted horrible, like a dishwasher. The food itself was actually pretty good, the only reason I’m even giving a 3 star rating. I probably will try a different location in the future.
Can never go wrong with Cheesecake Factory, all we had was great and our server was friendly and very attentive. We came to lunch on Friday, so there were not many people there, but the bread was still warm and the atmosphere was still good.
After experiencing a horrible ordeal at the Orland Park Cheesecake, we decided to try Oakbrook. Our server Jaslissa was very pleasant and friendly. She was very attentive and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience Jalissa you rock

I sat at the bar and had the best bartender/customer service experience with Carlos in a long time. I ordered the filet mignon and mashed potatoes, which were delicious. The raspberry lemon drop cocktail was also tasty!
Good cheesecake, good experience but would have given all stars but check those plates, they were dirty on top and underside and I had to send them back
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was fantastic and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Honestly it wasn't all that good. Slow service and so so food. I wouldn't go back.
