I had a reservation for Mother's Day weekend and was seated a few minutes before my reservation time. The wait for food was long, but I expected it due to the crowded restaurant. When the food arrived, I was disappointed to find that everything was burnt. The Buffalo blast appetizer was completely overcooked and inedible. Despite this, we were so hungry that we ate around it. The young serving staff seated us near the kitchen, where one server was loudly cursing and being disrespectful. This was especially inappropriate as my son was within earshot. Do you know the feeling if you have an early flight without breakfast? You know where you want a really good meal as soon as you land? Well, the cheesecake factory was my first station and the food was amazing, the service was exceptional and the restaurant had a bright friendly feeling. Yvonne, the manager did a great job to make sure we knew customers that we were appreciated. The immediate location offered various food, shopping and opportunities to explore the area. The advantages of beautiful weather NY experienced that we went, spoken, shopped and only enjoyed a beautiful NY day. I recommend you at all in Yonkers. You will love this area.
Lived place, but rewarding. We waited 45 minutes for a party of 4 on Saturday (so not too terrible). The parking lot is connected to the adjacent shopping center. The server was attentive. Food came fast and hot. You have a full bar that is quite amazing. Food quality was worth it, although prices can be met or miss. The selection of cheesecake is always a standout. Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than theexcess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. Nachos were good and the wife'sfood apparently was good as well. Overall will come back but would want to maybe not get the steak again.

First ever visit. Appetizers were delicious. Had the cacio e pepe pasta, so overly salty that it was inedible. Sent it back, they took it off the bill. Banana cream cheesecake was fluffy and delicious. Our server, Brandon, was working hard. Suggestion:clean the laminated menus more often, there?s gross bits of sauce and food inside that got on my hands. Portions are big butprices aren?t cheap either. Order carefully.
I enjoyed the classic Cheesecake Factory bread, which was served soft and warm. I couldn't resist stopping by the bakery section and taking home a slice of upside-down pineapple cheesecake.
