We enjoyed our meal so much that we accidentally left a purse behind, only realizing it after we had already reached our destination several kilometers away. We called The Chopped Leaf and were relieved to hear from the staff that they had found our purse and kept it safe. We then requested the assistant manager, Nicole Hall, to pack the purse and prepare it for shipping. We arranged for Purolator to pick it up, and it arrived at our home a few days later, with everything intact.
Throughout the process, Nicole and the rest of the staff were gracious and polite in their interactions with us. We will definitely be returning to The Chopped Leaf the next time we’re in Kamloops!

I know Chopped Leaf has been around for a number of year already, but believe it or not this is the first time I 've finally got around to experiencing it. This particular outlet met us with cheerful smiles and hellos, very welcoming! We very much enjoyed their salads and wraps and were humoured by their Chopped Water . Thank you. We will definitely visit again.Vegetarian options: This is vegetarian paradise, isn 't it.Kid-friendliness: Well if your kids eat salads like mine, then this is the place they 'd like to go more often than not.Parking: Lots of parking, but quite tight stalls.
We used to love this place but after today we won’t be returning. Our salads basically had nothing much other than greens and even that was not as generous as it used to be. The new BLT salad had a minuscule amount of cheese, 3 thin slices of avocado and I had to search for the bacon which almost nonexistent. My husband had the Thai salad and his was the same. We brought it to the attention of the staff who offered us a $2 coupon to compensate. Sadly one of our favourites will no longer be visited by us.
My last visit to this chopped location was so amazing!! Other then the lady sick coughing her lungs off in line.To my surprise chopped rewards had ended with out an email or notification how sad!the staff treated me to a discount and apologized for corporates mistake of poorly executing a new points program and ending an old one.Good job team you guys rock!!!

Went there today with my kids and the blonde girl at the till didn’t even greet us, she just stared at us rudely and continued to talk to her friend while we were telling her our order…food was good but that girl needs some manners.
I used to love the wraps here; they were always fresh and delicious. However, now they’ve started to use too much dressing, and the addition of some dried filler has really changed the experience. It's quite disappointing.
Newly renovated, beautiful and sunny. The staff are cheerful and very helpful making recommendations. 23 bucks for a rice, salad bowl and a couple of drinks but DANG it was worth it!

I have had great experiences, but mostly have to be take out or dine in.Each time I order delivery the protein keeps getting smaller and smaller.
When did the portion sizes get reduced by half? I hope the increased profits are compensating for the loss.
