Heard great things about this place, upon arrival that is. When we were waiting for our table, not even 5 minutes after opening, the older brunette woman, assuming she's the chef/owner in the back was yelling and swearing at our sweet considerate waitress, because she was out of hash and ham. I've been in customer service for years and I am appalled by how the chef spoke to her! Family or not, there is a right and wrong way to speak to someone in a work setting and her way was extremely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. We took our daughter out to dinner for a celebration and she only requested to go somewhere in Virginia City but didn't pick a restaurant. We got up there tonight and looked at google maps and on a whim found this absolute gem of a place! The food was so good and the waiter, while working his tail off, was still friendly and had great communication letting us know often that he'd be right back with this or that. I recently dined at a fantastic restaurant in Virginia City, Nevada! The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and my husband had the perfectly cooked Rib Eye steak. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. I would give it a 5-star rating!
