The Clam is one of the Best seafood restaurants in NYC. The Clam's thematic seafood menu is outstanding and so well curated by the Chef. The service is excellent! The drinks are amazing, the oysters are so good, so pristine (nice classic vinegar mignonette). The appetizers and the fish dishes are so delicious, Incredible flavors and service. Julio and Carla .. and all the staff are so helpful taking great care of the guests. The restaurant has great price point Very welcoming amazing atmosphere, also very nice for romantic dinners. My favorite restaurant! My husband, my daughter and I always have lovely experience.
The food was excellent as was the service. The clam chowder was nicely creamy with a lot of clam chunks with a nice crunch with the crackers in it and salted just right (not too salty). The clam and lobster sliders were a perfect combination of taste and texture with each bite. Each time I have been here to eat the same has been true. I have been able to rely upon the scrumptious meal to be gotten as can be attested to by my lunch companion in his first time eating at The Clam.
Always a wonderful experience. Food and service are excellent. Not an extensive menu but everything they have is done extremely well. Tonight's scallop special was phenomenal, really everything was thoroughly enjoyed from the shrimp spring rolls to the chocolate bread pudding for dessert.
The entire experience from the minute we walked in the door to the second we checked out, was an experience to remember. The authentic caring staff together with a phenomenal meal was absolutely perfect. The mussels and the Branzino was the favorite.

Everything was pretty solid. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server helped us making some solid food choices. We didn’t have to wait long for food or drinks. This was a great experience!
I dream of the spaghetti clams! I say everything here is wonderful, but that's all I've ever ordered. the muddles are also fabulous. very friendly staff. love it.
I had asked for an indoor table and we were placed at the bar. A bit disappointing but still had a great time
It was lunch. Terrific and not noisy. I suspect it is at night however
