So this coffee shop is on the same property and owned by the same person to my understanding which they just told me that has a car wash and I drove through the car wash. It’s raining out it’s nighttime as I drive through. There’s no great in the drain my car gets minor damage to somebody who knows about cars but it’s still significant damage because I’m immobile now I tried to ask the lady at the coffee shop for contact information on the owner, but there is a significant delay in trying to help with that situation in instantly denying having any way to contact the owner now as an employee I’m pretty sure you can contact the owner especially if something bad happens so if you can’t contact...
This place is amazing and by far the best! It’s really sad to see so many people bashing on these young girls and being so entitled when they are doing their best. They work in a very small box and from my experience they have to balance two conversations on each side and it doesn’t seem easy. Customers also dominate the conversation especially when they are trying to speak to the customers on the other side, they talk over the barista and they do their best to talk to both sides. Every coffee stand has there malfunctions and if they have problems with their machine or card reader they are always super respectful and sorry for the inconvenience. I LOVE this place! The owner and team are very nice and engage every customer. I have read through some of these reviews, and people complaining about getting ignored, or the team taking a while are those that might want a strbxs type service- you are treated like a number and speed is the focus. That's not the customer experience I want. I’m willing to wait a minute for a great interaction. These ladies go out of their way to make sure I am leaving the stand with great coffee, made 100% my way, and with a smile on my face! That takes a couple extra minutes and effort, and I'm here for it. I will only go to this stand to get my day started for this reason. If they were to close- I would lite...
Ive been going to this coffee stand for the last 10 plus years. I’ve always had positive interactions with the baristas and my coffee has always been on point. I appreciate how these baristas function in such a small space. I watch how well this little jewel does and it is encouraging. Clearly the right people work here. Hannah is my favorite, but there all great. Keep up the great work Ladies!
This was my favorite coffee stand in town and I was always happy with this place... until recently when they stopped accepting loyalty cards. They claim it is due to new management ! Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere!
