I thought the quality of the food was pretty standard for a coffee club but unfortunately had a really bad experience ordering for my dietary requirements. I ordered an iced coffee with a non-dairy milk only for the first one to come out with cream on top. After explaining I wanted a non-dairy drink they offered to remake it but the second one had ice-cream : I also ordered the vegan option for my food and was brought a meal with feta all over it the first time and had to have it corrected as w
I like the Coffee Club but the last 3 times I’ve been to the Belconnen restaurant it has been so incredibly slow for the food to come out. There were a maximum of 10 tables with people at them today and my meal (a toastie wrap) still took about 40 minutes to come out. I understand that there are wait times and covid has meant short staffing in a lot of places but this has happened consistently now. It’s very disappointing as I really like the Coffee Club in general.
We went there on Sunday. The service was too slow our order literally came after 25 mins. We ordered big breakfast but the portion was so less for the price we paid. When we got our order the poached eggs were cold. Very disappointing! The almond croissant was good. Overall experience not very pleasant.
