The Coffee Mill Restaurant

Been here on a business occasion. The reserved "prepared table" was 3 tables pushed together and a bunch of wrapped cutlery thrown on them.They didn't have enough of the food choices we pre-ordered, so some went with the second choice. The servers had no idea on how to serve- the do's and dont's. One grabbed a plate across the table between me and another guest, ending up dropping a knife on that other guests plate, who wasn't done eating at that time. The only comment she made was to touch his shoulder, asking "Are you OK, Hon?"Needless to say that he was done then, and had to wipe of sauce all from his shirt and tie. The Coffee Mill has a great breakfast. I usually pay about ten bucks. The staff always knows my order. As you would expect at the 'Coffee Mill' the coffee is great. A great menu item is the yogurt with blueberries. The food is always just way I order it, scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, yum, yum. They have no problem giving us our preferred seating, we like the booths in the back, not that there is anything wrong with tables and chairs but we just like comfy booths. It's a great spot to eat in 'uptown' 'Freddy Beach' :) Fredericton, NB.

We stopped in to The Coffee Mill for breakfast and were very pleased with our service and food. The restaurant was busy (usually a good sign) but we were seated in short order. The coffee is hot and tasty and a "bottomless" cup. We ordered a typical breakfast...bacon, eggs, etc....and our order was served to us in a reasonable amount of time and precisely as ordered. The price point is also reasonable and we would definitely return for breakfast to The Coffee Mill.

We were embarrassed to have recommended this to our friends for lunch! French onion soup used to be a specialty...but it was terrible! Tasted like garlic powder and only a small sprinkle of cheese. Chicken fingers were totally dried out, and sweet potato fries were still half frozen!! Sad to say, the best thing were the cracker packs!! Went there for breakfast this morning. How disappointing a place. Ordered a latte since it had the name " The Coffee Mill ". It was made from a package. Ordered fancy French pancakes and there was nothing fancy OR French about them. One was over cooked, one was under cooked and one was cooked about right. The service was also lacking. Never offered a refill on the coffee. No water was given.

The only real turkey here is me... for thinking the Coffee Mill would be a decent place for lunch. The boot leather they were calling turkey was absolutely inedible. I have had better in a school cafeteria. This turkey had been roasted 15 years ago in a factory somewhere far far away.... then processed into slices and slapped on a plate. Run.

Service was good, food was good. Bacon cooked to perfection. They were very busy so we were not able to get a table that would sit us all without going upstairs which was not an option as there is no elevator.

Very good quality and quantity . Price inexpensive. Extremely busy. Service excellent, friendly servers and very accommodating. Recommended.

Good food, service was very fast and reasonable prices on the menu . Would recommend for breakfast. Has a drive thru too
