My partner, our newborn baby, and our two friends went out for a family meal at a local pub. The night started off well with drinks and food, but took a negative turn when the assistant manager, "Alisha," asked for all of our IDs at the bar. We happily provided them, but she then refused to serve me a drink because I couldn't go up to the bar while I was feeding my baby. My fiancé tried to explain, but she wouldn't listen and eventually refused to serve him as well. The Colebrook is a spacious, classic pub with a modern interior, as well as a well-maintained outdoor area. The food is top-notch and delivered promptly by attentive and friendly servers. The ambiance is inviting and the selection of real ales is impressive and regularly updated. During our last visit on quiz night, we had a fantastic evening filled with delicious food, drinks, and entertainment.
I am a mystery shopper and have been asked to review a number of public houses, albeit not this establishment. That said, the Colebrook ticks all the boxes I would normally be asked to comment upon, from the outside of the establishment, the welcome, the staff, the service, food delivery times, toilet cleanliness etc. and would not hesitate visiting this establishment again.
There were 8 of us we are a Spanish class. We went to the colebrook and had a really good meal. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks and the staff were lovely and friendly. Thinking of going again this Monday. But only 4 of us as it's just for lunch. Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon.

I had a lovely time, great food atmosphere Shiv's her staff is fantastic. I recommend this pub fully one of the best in Shirley. Thursday nights are fantastic, the pub has a quiz on, nice friendly vibe. Live music on Saturday nights I recommend this place.
I went to Colebrook for some beers and food. The atmosphere was lively and the food was outstanding. The bar staff were very friendly, making it a great night. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly bar staff. Nice food, dog friendly some nice beers just a good night out. Quiz is fun can book tables every week worth going.
