I had dined at the Copper Room a few years back and really enjoyed it, so I decided to bring the girls here for dinner during our stay. It was the perfect meal! The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding. I ordered the duck breast accompanied by a glass of house white wine, and everything was just right. My mom had the chicken, which was slightly dry but still tasty. My best friend chose the soup and tuna sashimi, which featured beautifully thin slices of ginger tuna. We had an outstanding dinner at the Copper Room on Friday night, April 5th. We began our meal with a delicious homemade chicken soup that we shared, followed by an incredible baby romaine Caesar salad that we split. My wife chose one of the specials, a fresh bouillabaisse filled with delightful premium seafood. I opted for the filet steak, accompanied by mashed potatoes and vegetables. The beefy sauce served with the steak was perfectly complementary. For dessert, we indulged in two fruit cream-filled French choux pastry balls, which came with a small container of rich chocolate syrup for drizzling. My wife and I dined here as part of a package we got for our first wedding anniversary. The value of the 4-course package we got was spot-on at $37. I had a delicious tenderloin and the soup appy and cheesecake dessert were excellent. The ambiance is very 'old-timey, ' because you 're essentially dining in a ballroom, which we kinda liked. The house band, The Jones Boys was awesome and had a fantastic arsenal for you to request from. All in all, it 's a very pricy place to dine, but a great experience to treat yourselves to something special. Next time I 'll be trying the bison tenderloin!
Dined at the Copper Room during Thanksgiving weekend 2016, service was thoughtful and attentive. We all ordered from the a la carte menu and everything was quite good. Admittedly, the prices are a little high and the food could use more seasoning but the experience as a whole was quite lovely. I've noticed that a lot of negative reviews are from folks that dined on set menus, I would encourage them to try to order from the regular menu, it might cost more but you're going to get better, fresher food.
We came in as a group of 30 dancers for a set menu dining and dancing Dancing for Dessert Studio, Langley BC. The cost was $70 pp plus drinks. I wish it had been a little lower for a group like that. Food 5. Delicious, balanced and presented well. Service 5. Impeccable. Ambiance 5. The Jones Boys are as reliable as ever to give you a good time with their dance tunes.

This upscale restaurant features a live band and a dance floor, making it a wonderful reason to dress up. The beef carpaccio was delightful, while the halibut was slightly overcooked and dry. Our server was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The beef Wellington was scrumptious. This place is perfect for special occasions!
Additionally, the live music was much too loud for comfortable conversation with our party, although I must say the musicians were talented. On a positive note, the food was delicious, and I believe the three-course meal offered good value for the price!
