Located inside a department store with a view overlooking Oxford Street, this restaurant offers a limited menu. Despite being in a shop, the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, which is a rarity in bustling London on a Sunday. The service was quite good. We started with olives and good bread for £9, followed by a main course of Monkfish in a tomato broth for £22, which was tasty but more like a soup than expected. The chicken main was fair and the mixed salad with Rockford cheese was a bit dry. A carafe of Californian red wine cost £19 for 4 small glasses.
