We stopped for lunch on our way to catch the tram and discovered an incredible rib restaurant! The portions were enormous, and we left with three packed takeout boxes. Even my 14-year-old, who can eat a lot, couldn’t finish his order. My husband found the paper towels on the table handy—he used them almost like napkins! One of our friends was so full he couldn't finish his last rib, but he managed to tackle the 4-pound bread pudding. We shared a lot of laughs during our meal. We had a really great meal and the service was fantastic!! This young man waited on 20 people — all wanting separate checks, ordering at different times of, course special requests. He got it all right and was very accommodating — birthday celebration and he brought cake plates, fresh forks and cake knife like it was a party he was hosting. In addition, he did not add usual mandatory for large parties tip. I tipped well and want him County Line management to know what makes a wonderful dining experience is the food but also the service. We visited from South Carolina and noticed a significant difference between Southern BBQ and Western BBQ. County Line truly highlighted the best BBQ experience we’ve had outside of Rudy's. Both places were fantastic, but the beef ribs at County Line took me back to the days of The Flintstones! They served up gigantic, slow-cooked ribs that I’ve always wanted to try. The two-rib combo gave me a nostalgic warmth that I rarely experience elsewhere. Additionally, the views are absolutely worth the visit! I’ll definitely be returning!
Great barbecue! I enjoyed the tap of the day; which was a smooth Cerveza. We split a brisket tacos appetizer and it was a good indicator that the rest of the meal was going to be quality. Following that I had a 1/2 rack of beef ribs; they use a great rub and the smoke flavor was rich throughout. Good chance I’ll visit again next time I’m in town.

This has always been one of my favorite places in ABQ. The barbecue is really good. They’re a little on the pricey side but I think family and fun times when I think of this restaurant. If you’re in the Albuquerque area, come try this place for really good barbecue!
