The food was delicious but service was very slow. We booked to eat before seeing a performance and on the booking I specifically stated we needed to have finished eating before 8.30pm. We were at the table at 7pm but the food did not start arriving until around 7.50pm. This left us with around 30 mins to eat what we had ordered. This was a real shame because the food was really tasty and well presented, however it was too rushed and we didn’t finish. When ordering we were told that because the dishes were small plates they would be produced very quickly sadly this was not our experience. The menu has something for everyone, and it's great that there are alternative drink options instead of the half bottle of wine per person if we prefer not to have that! We’ve thoroughly enjoyed all the food options.
It’s a fantastic place to come with family or friends. We just wish this offer could be a permanent feature, but we’re already looking forward to our upcoming festive bottomless small plates booking! We hope they consider bringing this back on Friday and Saturday evenings as well! It would also be great to see a rotation of different dishes on the menu each week, while still keeping some of the crowd favorites available.

We dined here on the last Thursday evening of the “lower small plates” promotion, and the meal was fantastic. The food was not only delicious but also well-prepared. The service was commendable, and we felt that it offered excellent value for money. We’ve already made a reservation to return for Christmas, which we’re really looking forward to. It was the best meal we’ve had in a long time. The ambiance was influenced by the music, which was a bit loud and didn’t quite match the restaurant’s atmosphere, but overall, it was a wonderful evening.
The Bottomless Small Plate evening was excellent value and very enjoyable. The food is not exactly Michelin star, but it is freshly cooked and against our initial plan, we wolfed one of everything bar one on the menu. Wine perfectly acceptable; very good service, and music just about right, though in an ideal world we probably would have turned it down one notch. But that didn't stop us leaving very happy.

the bottomless at night the little teller was a sham lip. very disorganized. young waitress goes around like rabbits in lights. do not even think that we have ordered and they brought us food again and again. order them drinks and they went on to bring them.
A relaxing evening; staff friendly, very welcoming and attentive. Quality, quantity and variety of small plates excellent. Thoroughly recommend for people to try. Will be booking Festive small plates scheduled later this year.
We LOVED our evening! The service was so lovely and the food was incredible. Thursday night meant such value for money. Would deffo come back! Thank you to the male server we had who was so attentive and lovely!
We had a wonderful experience at the Chase Lounge. The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed sampling all the dishes during their tapas night—absolutely amazing and definitely worth it!
