Lovely Sunday lunch at our local pub, first visit since change of hands. Food was delicious, Carrot could of been smaller as unable to eat all as not cooked. Pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese lovely. My only other comment is the music could be less loud as quite difficult to hold conversation if sitting near speaker. Staff very attentive and friendly.
It was a beautiful Sunday, and the roast was incredibly tender and flavorful. The generous portions of meat and vegetables were impressive. Don't miss the cauliflower cheese—it's a must-try! The service was excellent, with a great attention to detail. If you're in the area, skip the others and head straight to the best place in the city!
The food and service were excellent. However the ambiance was not as inviting as the Birchington establishment and the noise levels were high, due to the amount of hard surfaces used in the room, which affected my wife’s enjoyment in particular as she wears hearing aids.

Food a little pricey but for what u get worth paying for. Burger an a huge chicken Brest with fries was really good. Bone marrow gravy

Great little pub, lovely food and big portion size's. Pork belly burnt ends are unreal! Will be back.
