My experience wasn't good yesterday. Although my catfish was superb. My hushpuppies were cold and like they were prepared early in the day and sitting. I live about 8 min from Crab Galley. I was eating the fries on the way home. And it was bad. They were cold and soggy. It was not worth turning around to order hot fries. Or for hot hushpuppies. I warmed up the hushpuppies and threw away the fries.
The crabs are great but the guy that answered the phone provided the worst customer service on the planet and is bad for business considering I spend a lot of money there. Just a heads up do anyone thinking about calling in an order. And he doesn't care if you take your business elsewhere because he doesn't own the company. That message is for the management there.
The Maryland Crab Soup and Cream of Crab Soup were disappointing. The Crab Cakes were just average, and I wasn't aware that they typically come fried. The Fried Shrimp was acceptable as well. However, the Hush Puppies were fantastic! The prices are reasonable for what you receive. I requested tartar sauce at least three times, but we only received cocktail sauce.

I ordered some shrimp from this restaurant and previously had their crabs. Both were reasonably priced and of great quality. The shrimp salad and crab dip also looked tempting, so I’ll definitely have to try those next time!

I picked up the crab platter for my father and he said it was very good. In fact, he had me get it for him again a week later, lol.
