Very fast service and a cosy atmosphere, the real fire is very welcoming after a long walk! I visited in a Saturday afternoon without booking and there were no tables for food available. We still stayed for a drink and the scenery from the outdoor seating area was fantastic. I would recommend booking in advance if you would like to eat though.
Had our daughters surprise engagement party on Friday 9th March and the barn was great for the party and the hot food by the cross keys was great. everyone enjoyed the celebration for Stacey and TJ. Many thanks from the Gannon family.
Fantastic lamb roast in a lovely pub with lots of character and great views. The staff are really welcoming and service is fantastic. A lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon.
