My partner ordered the belly pork with a mild mustard sauce, while I opted for the lamb. The vegetables were served in separate dishes, which I appreciated, and were cooked perfectly. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and shared some interesting information about Abbots Bromley. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend The Crown as a nice place to visit and explore the surrounding villages.
we visited the crown on the boxing day for lunch and had the most delicious food that was cooked to perfection. the youths who waited for the staff were extraordinary, nothing was too much annoyed for them. we were a few times during the year as we are local. eating is always very well presented and delicious! would definitely recommend!
The meal was fantastic, great value for the price, and the staff were very attentive. The Sunday Lunch was excellent! However, the coffee was too strong, and they offered very little milk, which was disappointing. We plan to return, hopefully they will have a better coffee machine by then!
The menu is very large, so I was a bit concerned about the quality, but I shouldn't have been. We ordered the Duck and Lamb's Liver, and both were cooked perfectly. The beer selection was also excellent.
