The hot pot here is a really fun idea for dinner with a few people and the fact you can order whatever meats, vegetables and noodles from the menu allows everyone to get what they like. Everything that comes out is always fresh and good quality which was pleasantly surprising. The soup bases of the hot pot are flavoursome and hearty and the sauces station has a lot of variety and option which is good for condiment lovers like myself. We have dined here many times and have always returned for the decently priced all you can eat deal. However, over time, the quality of the ingredients and cleanliness of the venue has declined. We have always been very pleased with the friendly customer service of the wait staff, however, very often, the kitchen hands at the back leave certain ordered items off, and so we constantly have to keep re-ordering items that have been forgotten. Sometimes items ordered are not available, but this is never told to us; so we usually have to keep re-ordering it to find out that it's unavailable. Visited the establishment for dinner. It was okay. $2.00/pp for unlimited drinks was good value. However, the availability of food was sporadic. If a type of dish was unavailable no staff would inform you. You'll end up spending a lot of time waiting and going out of your way to find out what happened. So sure, it's $26.95 (no seafood) and $29.95 (seafood) for 2 hrs of unlimited dishes (with conditions) but you'll end up eating a very small amount. Not worth.
It's busy, lots of steam. But it's great, especially during winter.
It is a eat all you can method, but you order them through a sheet and the waitstaff bring the food out. We opted for the premium option and I must say, don't bother. Just stick to the ordinary option. There were some pre-made nibblies but it's rather ho hum.
After trying out another hot pot spot at new farm, this is a little disappointing.
Don't think there will be a repeat visit.

This was such a bad experience. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Extra charges per per person when paying with card, not a percentage of the bill. I was threatened with being charged $3 more because I was walking out with a quarter of a bottle left of a drink. Do not come here. Although the food wasn't too bad, the extremely poor customer service left a very sour taste in my mouth. Disgusted! The owner should be ashamed.
Ordered standard hotpot menu, was happy with what we got. Very fresh, good quality produce. Soup was good flavours, we got seafood one and a spicy one.
Service was friendly and happy to make us feel welcome. There was fruit flies over in the sauces corner. There is bain-maries with fruit and chicken feet, i think the flies are after that.
Overall good experience and atmosphere.
Today is our first time here and the last time as well. Pretty busy, never got our vegetable and some other dumpling which I've ordered twice... (Haven't eaten any vegetable at all at this meal which costs me $35/person)
It's reasonable that the food comes slow since they are busy, but it's not a really happy experience that they missed out a lot of what we ordered.
Decently priced all you can eat hotpot. Soup has great flavours and Ingredients are fresh and are served out in platters as opposed to getting up and 'helping yourself'. The added $2 for unlimited drinks is great and staff are friendly. Be sure to book in advanced as if you don't the wait for a table can be up to an hour.

The staple go-to for all hot pot dinners. All you can eat for $30 with unlimited drinks? Hard to beat. People say you can definitely get it cheaper if you bought your own ingredients etc but at the end of the day you also pay for the service, space, and cleaning up costs. Here you pay, you eat, have fun, and walk away.
