If you ever find yourself in or passing through Pontiac, IL, you absolutely must stop by The Cup and Scone Coffee House. This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is top-notch (I highly recommend the Mule), and the pastries are freshly baked and delicious. The service is outstanding, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the young man working there was very enthusiastic about the Blueberry Scones. Take a seat and enjoy. You won't regret it.
very nice coffee house in pontiac, good size. beautiful and open, with some comfortable seating. the people who worked behind the counter were very friendly and patient with me, as I had not been there before, so my order was not too fast. the coffee was good and their baked goods are also. the workers kept the place clean in and wiped tables off (i.e. some businesses forget to do.) that is nice. I go back!
Great place to meet friends or go solo! Groups are welcome.Friendly inviting staff. Variety of coffee other drinks with several treats to select from. I had a soft,large cookie that was so delicious ,I could have eaten the whole plate of cookiesthat were on the counter. The owners were wonderful and welcoming! The atmosphere was fantastic and very cozy. The coffee was also delicious, possibly the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a high-quality pour-over coffee and a selection of tasty cakes. The ambiance has an English theme, complete with a knight in armor that might catch you off guard!
