I want to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt because I have ordered from them multiple times and always been impressed and happy with the quality of the food and the delivery time , I would of left a 5 star review however after ordering today at 6pm my food didn't arrive until about 9:20pm this is after I was told my delivery time would be about half 7 at the latest , they updated the delivery time to 8:20 pm when I requested an order update , I rang the restaurant and the man I spoke to wasnt that apologetic about the matter and said he was having problems trying to find a driver which I appreciate but I was still unhappy that they would give me that delivery time knowing they wo...
Ordered food at 17:30 but it was late so rang the shop they said around 10 mins it’ll be here. Half hour later I rang again they said it was on its way and won’t be long. 15 mins after that it arrived with no pizza or garlic sauce so told driver and he said it wasn’t his fault which it probably wasn’t as good was still hot. He said he will get us one delivered but already waited ages so was extremely annoyed. Then a different person delivered the pizza and tried to blame the driver for it being late when it clearly wasn’t the driver as food was still hot like it had just been cooked. Food was ok though but never ordering again as this isn’t the first time it was late.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Took over an hour to deliver, and they missed something of the order to which one of us didn’t have any food. Poppadoms were stale almost as if they were a week old and they got the order wrong! Not the first time we ordered, thought maybe give them another chance but completely blown it. Will never order from here again and you shouldn’t either!
Don't know how a takeaway can have such good food and get things so so wrong. I ordered through their app, when it didn't arrive on time I called they argued in the background but never came back to me. When I tried to call back they didn't answer. Second time I have ordered from diner.thought I would give them benifit of the doudt after poor first experience.Food wasn't as it was displayed,or described on menu on both occasions.Wont be ordering again.
Tried to order a offer they have on just eat and was canceled 3 times so called them up to question as to why as not that far from where I am and they were so rude and hung up on me 3 times
Never again will I order from here placed order at 18:20 with 2 hungry children on a Sunday teatime...20:45 food turned up after lies about drivers food has been sent food cold,damaged
