We recently held our Baby Shower at Ditty in December 2023, and we couldn't recommend it more highly! From our initial inquiry email to the conclusion of the event, Katie provided exceptional support. She promptly addressed all our questions leading up to the day, and on the event day itself, she ensured that everyone had a drink in hand and that everything went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the food and loved the unique back space, which was exclusively ours for the occasion. It turned out to be the charming, laid-back event we had envisioned, and we are truly delighted with our experience here!
The Ditty, a beloved spot in Astoria, lived up to its reputation. While it can get quite busy and crowded, that's a testament to the lively atmosphere, excellent service, and great DJ! My friends and I visited the night before Christmas Eve, and thankfully, it wasn't too hectic—just what we were looking for. We secured a cozy booth towards the back and had an amazing time. Plus, the Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning!
Neighborhood bar located in the middle of the food and drinks district on Ditmars Boulevard. 6 draft beers, a couple of cans, wine, and a decent cocktail menu. Food menu consists of typical bar snacks/dishes. The backyard is open all year around, covered up with heaters during the winter season. Lots of card and board games that you can borrow. They even have an old NES with its own dedicated TV for your retro video game needs.
I love The Ditty. Good for happy hour (you can get a classic cocktail for 10), movie screenings in the patio weekly, uplifting atmosphere, late night food (the kitchen goes through last call)and very nice staff. I’ve visited this place once, and I had a fantastic time! It has a lot of character, and the food and drinks were excellent. The bartenders are lively and friendly, which adds to the atmosphere. I really appreciate the cozy vibe here. It’s definitely going to become one of my favorite local bars.
The drinks were outstanding, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I visited to watch the Super Bowl and had an amazing experience. If you're in Astoria, I highly recommend stopping by for some drinks and a few snacks. I also definitely suggest checking out Happy Hour!
My wife and I went to the Ditty last night for drinks. It was good, but none of the cocktails are worth to mention here. The decor is cute, and they have a backroom, which is suitable for large parties. Also, they have plenty of board games for you to have fun!

My favorite bartender works here, and it's hands down my favorite spot in Astoria! If you're looking to have a great time and enjoy some delicious drinks, this is the place to be.
