We’ve going to one of our favorite hotpot places often since it opened and its service still amazes me in a way.. There was an incident happened on Mother’s Day dine out that we joined waitlist on Yelp around 5pm and it showed to check in with restaurant at 7:50pm. We decided to head over there earlier (luckily we made the right decision) so we got to Station Square just past 7pm. I missed a call due to bad reception at underground parking at around 7:05pm and got a text from Dolar saying table is ready and we have 15mins to get there at 7:08pm while Yelp still showed check in at 7:50pm lol We ran to the restaurant and got there within 5mins and was told that because we didn’t pick up the ca...
It was a great experience. I’d say it's different. Service was not good. The server was rude even if we told her ahead of time that it was our first time there, she didn't seem to care to explain what was happening. However, everything else was great.
