this place was great! very fast service. my partner and I had to catch a train in an hour and that at the waiter when we were ready to go to the food if necessary. the waiter assured us that in 10 minutes they could get everything out and it wasn't sweating. my partner and I could sit and relax, even a drink. the artichoke was the bomb! they saw a baptism of regular coming here too and they have many different possibilities for sitting. if they don't want to eat at the sketchy eating places in the station, they would recommend simply go down the road to this pub!
My wife and I made a reservation for 5 o'clock and they were able to seat us at 6:15 in a lovely spot on their covered outdoor terrace. Our waitress, Caroline, was knowledgeable and attentive, providing us with excellent beer suggestions that we really enjoyed. I ordered the shepherd's pie, while my wife chose the fish and chips. Both the taste and portion sizes were just right, leaving us satisfied but not overly full. The interior had an authentic feel and was quite lively.
Incredible experience. The staff was extremely accommodating, saw the manager help a family out and merge several tables together for a family reunion even though it was clear that was not the norm. We only had an hour to catch our train and they rushed the order in the kitchen. Food was simply divine, service was amazing, staff lovely, and the prices right. Would have labeled this as 2 , updated menu attached (their website was incorrect), but otherwise simply lovely!
I have never had a sublime turkey burger until I went here. Half a pound patties on toasted brioche buns with a side of thick cut fries. Great spot to hit a spot for pub food. The fries were a tad overly seasoned for my taste but I was thoroughly impressed by the burger of the day and the bison burger. Okay service. Restaurant is connected to a hotel in the back. great place and of course, what do you order at an Irish resturant fish chips and it was probably the best I ever had. some of my coworkers were shepherd pie fans and some others were more traditional and had a chicken sandwich. the common thema was that everyone was satisfied with his meal. service was great and atmosphere was pleasant.
Excellent local option! The service is fantastic and the food is truly delicious. When you visit an Irish place, you must try the fish and chips. The seasoned fries are amazing—so good! I highly recommend it. The pretzel sticks appetizer is a treat as well. They also have great options for kids.
great place! the food is delicious and tasteful. the portions are large. the decoration is amazing. the waiters are attentive and can give them tips how to navigate their way around the city. sit down, relax and enjoy her eating while listening to some beautiful Irish songs.
The Monte Cristo sandwich was absolutely delightful; the waitress mentioned it was her mother’s favorite, and I can see why. The meat was tender and could be easily cut with a fork, despite the many layers. The corned beef hash was the best my wife has ever tasted. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great breakfast and spot to grab a bite before catching a train at union station. Thanks to our waiter and kitchen team. We mentioned we had a train to catch and asked if we had enough time. They said yes, kept us updated on progress and hit the mark.
