The Essence Fine Foods

We decided to have a bite to eat for lunch. So many yummy choices (even in Sep they had Pumpkin Soup on the menu - due to the cold day). On the specials board they had 'beetroot latte (coffee shot an added extra) ' & vegan chai or chocolate. Sounded very interesting. My husband wanted to try a beetroot chai ... which he got told wouldn't taste that nice. So he didn't. After our yummy meals of a beef burrito and a mixed veg frittata, we decided to try the beetroot chai ... OMG so yum!!!Next time we won't let them talk us out of what we want to try!

My daughter is on a restricted diet and this place caters to her needs in an ultra delicious way. It's light filled, clean, relaxed and funky. The service is excellent - this is apparent from the many regular customers. We come here often and the food is always great, the service is always friendly but fast, and the chais are yummo.

We ordered Nachos here and were very disappointed. There was very little salsa, in fact so little it made the food tasteless and of course dry. The cheese used was mozzarella which made it difficult to pick the dry corn chips up. Sorry, but would not recommend the nachos

This is a nice cafe tucked away at the back of the main road. It looks modern and caters for vegetarian and non vegetarian. They serve good breakfast although can be a little more adventurous. Coffee is good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

During a lovely day driving through the Adelaide Hills we found this very nice cafe in Stirling for lunch. A diverse menu with appropriate lunch size serves. Nice smoothies too. Loved the vegetarian lasagne.

Hands down this was the best brekky I've had in a long time! Amazing avo on toast and at such a good price! Delicious fresh juices as well. Loved visiting this little cafe

Visited this cafe for breakfast one morning - very friendly and fast service. Have a wide range menu and very generous servings. Food and juices were excellent!

Great little café, to have a nice casual meal. Good atmosphere, and lovely food. Coffee is good too.
