We had a great visit to The Establishment. Our appetizers and mixed drink was very good. Our dinner was good. Prime rib. It was tasty but like all prime rib the meat is pretty fatty. The wait staff was excellent especially Marissa and Shane. Some young white bartender with short hair was kind of rude when we asked about our reservation. We'd been sitting at the bar for an hour eating and drinking. He basically said he didn’t have a clue about our reservation and that we needed to go back to the hostess stand and ask. I would say this is a fun environment that borders on too loud to hear your friends you are dining with. Only some of the food on the menu is worth reordering, the garlic fries and the fried brussels were delicious. We ordered the grilled wedge salad, which does not come with dressing and the warmness of the salad made the lettuce taste bitter, I'd not waste your money on this salad. We also ordered the risotto which needed about 30 more minutes before it was done, the risotto was not cooked fully came out hard (the rice), and was not creamy. the EST burger was good. We went last Saturday for dinner. The restaurant was a little difficult to find since we were not familiar with Colony Square and expected to see the full name of the restaurant on the building. The food was very flavorful, and the wine selection was good. The noise level was almost deafening since it was a Saturday evening. Loved the decor. Anneka was very pleasant and helpful on the menu selections.
The food was excellent, but we had to wait over 45 minutes to get it. It is a happening place, but it's crowded and very noisy.

Michael, our waiter, was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was phenomenal.
The salmon was overcooked, the brusselsprouts were raw, the chicken wings and risotto had zero flavor
