I met a few friends for drinks last Friday The Famous, which is located in the heart of Glendale. I ordered my regular old fashioned with Makers Mark. The bartender perfected my drink both times. This is the perfect bar to go to after dinner, before calling it a night. Their music was upbeat and I loved the ambience. I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant! I celebrated my birthday here, and the owner, Arthur, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. It turned out to be a fantastic evening. The atmosphere is both relaxed and casual, yet also sophisticated—perfectly balanced without being too pretentious or too casual. The crowd was lively and enjoyable! I had a wonderful experience collaborating with them for this special occasion, and they truly exceeded my expectations.
I was here about a week ago and I am planning to go back here again. The people who check you in are very polite and respectful, the bartenders are very approachable and easy talk to and the whole place gives me very comforting feeling. They have live djs on certain nights. You can dance if you want to. Large bar space and large seating if you have a lot of people in your group. Ask before you order. A friend of mine got a surprise when he got his bill after he ordered a bourbon whiskey.
