My mother-in-law and I visited yesterday to celebrate her birthday with an afternoon tea voucher I had given her. We had such a lovely afternoon! We shared a variety of sweet treats, and everything was so delicious that we ate everything! The bottle of Prosecco was a delightful addition too. We’re already looking forward to going back, especially since there are so many enticing options on the menu that looked fabulous. I used to work at the cash register and cafés in the Bauernhaus from 2006 to 2008, and it's truly amazing to see how much the bakery, butcher, deli counter, and café have grown since then! I really love Color Fields, both the store and the restaurant. The food is top-notch and offers fantastic value for money. This time, we did experience a bit of a wait for our food, but that's understandable as the staff was quite busy. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. By the way, you have to try the Victoria—they're deliciously fruity!
We visit Farndon Fields Farm Shop often. We love it. The produce is amazing, set out beautifully and in a lovely setting. The cafe, we know the menu inside out. The food cooked here is fabulous whatever you chose. Yesterday was the first time we have had an afternoon tea. One of the best we have had. This farm shop comes highly recommended by us.
I’m so glad to have discovered Farndon Fields, and it’s conveniently close to us as well. The farm shop is amazing, with a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed our breakfast in the farm kitchen, where the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting often. Thank you!
today for a late lunch and the food and service was amazing. despite reading from other reviews say that they have waited a long time for eating our lasted five to ten minutes max. the service was great and the staff was polite and very helpful. the food we had was very tasty and good worth. would recommend.
What an absolutely fantastic farm shop. Beautifully displayed fresh produce, a huge selection of extra special jars and bottles, gifts, gardening and to top it off a cafe serving tea and yummy cake amongst other things! What more could you ask? Why have I not visited before now!! Can’t wait to visit again!!!
Love this farm shop the produce is fresh and locally sourced. Had lunch there, all was good except for the 3 bowl menu, disappointing. The veggie breakfast great and the burgers looked amazing and apparently tasted good. I live in the south and when I stay with family I really look forward to shopping there.
This was the best afternoon tea we’ve had in a long time. We had the sweet option, the savoury option and the vegetarian savoury option, all were absolutely delicious and very good value for money. Well done Farndon Fields, keep up the good work.
Absolutely love this place. The farm shop produce is amazing, so fresh and tasty. The kitchen restaurant always offers a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, however I have only ever had tea and cake. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
