The Fat Tomato Italian Bistro

My wife and I were looking for a Non-Chain along Rt 73 to have lunch after a Real Estate Closing in Marlton. We found “The Fat Tomato” in Berlin. Very unique and cute atmosphere with an equally unique menu. The food is Excellent quality and very fresh. Tom the owner came around to make sure things were up to scratch, which is a great sign…We will definitely be back to explore their Dinner options.(I had “The Raging Rooster” ?? not my pic, but wanted to represent) Really enjoyable place! I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and onions crispy bottom. The flavor was delicious. The pizza arrived and the toppings slid off to one side. I called to let them know. I was told perhaps the driver had a complication. I was refunded the $6 delivery charge. We paid a lot of money for a pizza that was missing half the toppings because they slid off. I personally do not like eating slices of pizza with just white bare dough. First and last time I will be ordering from Fat tomato. I feel they should have made another pie and ensured it was perfect when it arrived.

It's a cute small restaurant, the food was OK but the owner was nice and there was no wait during lunch hour. I didn't like the fries there and the type of vignette dipping sauce. I also had the turkey and bacon wrap, which had no flavor. Mu son had the boneless wings, and he loved them. The prices were very reasonable for an Italian restaurant. I would visit again, and I would try their pizza. Parking: It's located in a shopping center

I’ve only ordered takeout here and while this is an Italian restaurant I decided to order their oven roasted Turkey sandwich which comes with Cranberry Sauce and melted cheese and subbed the fries for their home salad. As a side note their boardwalk fries are very tasty, but wanted to healthier option this time. The food quality is consistent and Pretty darn good!

I hidden gem in a nondiscript strip center. Great food, smiling service.
