This is a lovely pub with a very nice interior decor and a lovely outside seating area for the warmer months. The place gets extremely busy in the evenings and especially when there is a big match on the TV. I have eaten here many times (lunchtime menu) and never been dissapointed. The food has always been very tasty and reasonably priced, although they could do with serving it to your table a little quicker. You shouldn't have to drink a whole pint whilst waiting for your pub food. The place is in the centre of town and is therefore very accessible (even from the tube about 2 3 mins away). The Fig Tree is as good for a good beery night out as it is for good food.
I've been to the Fig before but only for drinks and this was the first time I sat down for lunch and I thought to myself, what was I thinking having not eaten here sooner?! So let's start with the drinks, loads of variety, cocktails, beers, and spirits; you name it; they have it. The missus ordered the pink Gin Spritz and I got myself a **** Mary. For lunch I had the half chicken and she had the cheeseburger. Food was amazing. The chicken was really well cooked and the burger spot on. If you're in the area, thoroughly recommend you attend it you won't regret it
This pub is placed in old Windsor Street, and also has a beer garden. The pub is only 2mins from Uxbridge Station. The sell all the top brand beers. The staff are very helpful. You don't have to wait too long to be served either. They also do a good pub lunch. If you are looking to do a pub crawl this is the street, as there are a few pubs down this street.
Love this place. Staff are good, one in particular who always like to tell me my beard needs cutting is a legend...great beers....and amazing food. I recently visited this beautiful pub, the atmosphere is warm and I found the staff very pleasant and offers excellent service. our food was well presented and tasty. well done to the new administration, I will visit again.
This is a beautiful and comfortable pub with great sports coverage and friendly staff. It has a fantastic history, as it was once the Uxbridge police station, where my father served as a police officer in 1958.
was in the opposite and decided to eat for something and to immerse a beer. the personal is very friendly, a good selection of beer and an amazing burger. be defined back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I had the best night I've experienced in years! The DJ was wonderful and had an amazing selection of music. Any set that ends with "Everlong" just can't be topped. xxx
