Do you like beer? I'm not talking to Coors or Bud Lite, I mean, you really mean like beer? This is your place! The board is about twenty feet wide and six feet tall and literally chalk full (written in chalk) of craft beers of pale ales and lagers to thick Bourbon stouts. Almost 40 taps of everything you can think. The cocktail selection is limited, but they will put something together for you when you ask. And they filled wine. A bit rough atmosphere with a few games on the side, but great space, so it's not too awful loud. Older furniture could use an update, but it has lived in charm. The venue always hosts various events, including trivia, bingo, drag shows, and themed nights, along with live music performances. If you're interested in checking out the music events, I recommend looking at their Instagram or Facebook pages. There are darts available to keep your group entertained, along with plenty of seating options, including a nice bench area for tabletop games if you bring your own. One of probably the original 20 patrons from when the Firehouse first opened. Used to be treated quite well. After the new owners took over, basically loyalty no longer mattered. Place basically became a pickup joint and mixed drinks took a front seat. Conversations used to be focused on quality craft beer, local farm to table establishments and local music. Now it's more of a political statement hangout which is fine but you won't be seeing my wallet make an appearance. Good luck.

This indoor/outdoor venue is perfect for enjoying a beer. We visit every time we're in Eau Claire. Highly recommend checking it out!
