I visited this restaurant a few months ago after reading a review on 'McrFinest'. I had been searching for a good fish restaurant for a while, and this one did not disappoint! My partner and I shared the Oysters as an appetizer. For starters, I had the risotto and he had the fish cakes. For our main course, we both had the John Dory and enjoyed a bottle of red wine with our meal. The restaurant was lovely, the food was delicious, and I am looking forward to returning. The service was excellent as well.
I have to admit that I was expecting better quality at this restaurant. The fish goujons were overcooked and the paella was dry. It was disappointing considering the price. I didn't see many vegetarian options on the menu. They do offer a children's menu, but the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. The service was fine. Overall, we had a dinner meal.
Been here this evening and cannot rate this place high enough. Every course was perfectly cooked and presented and the service was second to none. I can't wait to go back. I started with grilled oysters then onto cod cheeks with hollandaise, next I had monkfish then finished off with mango and apricot Panna cotta. Totally scrumptious! Meal type: Dinner
Love it here. Some of the best seafood around. I usually have the lobster when it’s on the menu. It’s the best I’ve ever had. There’s plenty more to choose from though. We had a lovely meal tonight here. Staff were good, and we had a wine new to me (Furmint, Kados from Hungary). As the name suggests, predominantly fish, but with one or two meat dishes. No vegetarian options. Interesting aspects to some of the dishes, e.g., horseradish cream and pickled raisins. Would definitely go again.

a little unusual location for a fish restaurant, but excellent eating and a direct connection to the local supplier means that the quality is top notch.
