The Food Architects is my top choice in the Piscataway area! Their pizza never disappoints — I especially love the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The BBQ wrap is another fantastic option, always fresh with delicious caramelized onions. I’m also a big fan of their potato salad. Beyond the amazing food, the service is outstanding. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant is always spotless. I highly recommend giving it a try! The food didn’t meet my expectations. The potato salad had potatoes that were still quite hard. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich, but it lacked flavor. I also ordered their signature chips as a side, which were overly greasy. After spending $20, I ended up throwing most of it away. Service was average.
