We were at travel lodge and walked 10 mins for pre flight meal. What a treat. The staff were outstanding and our food was fabulous. We shared the chicken wings for starters with hot sauce which was given as a side in case it was too spicy for my wife which it was not. My burger was superb and my wife had the chicken wrap which she loved. The staff were constantly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Add to this the value of drinks and meals and a very nice atmosphere and I have no hesitation in recommending the foresters .
We returned for the second retirement do this year having had good service previously and they reserved the area requested. Unfortunately it was a different team to last time and the service was not upto the same standard. Good value food but one steak with so burnt and longer in the grill and it would have turned into ash! Very disappointing experience and unfortunately it has put me off returning to this very reasonably priced venue.

Great British pub. Local beers, good pub food. Great service with friendly staff and people. Great menu choice. Very good value for money. Worth a train ride from Gatwick airport!
My 2nd time at Foresters and they have great value food and drink offers. We had a lovely meal and were served by Marie who was so helpful and friendly. We will return

Great place with karaoke on a Friday night. Drinks are cheaper are certain times during the day. Staff are great too. Recommend this place
