we came to a quarter full restaurant and sat fast. we sat at the table for over 10 minutes. but it felt like 30. Nobody even came close to approaching us. not a hallo, not a I will be with you. nothing. the menu looked decent, just like the beerlist, unfortunately we couldn't try anything. if they decide to go, hopefully they have a better experience.
I love forge, but I'm really disappointed at the quality of the greens in the reed salad. it is disturbing to pay $12.00 for browning, devastating salat greens, which should be on the way to müll. I've ordered the beet salad several times and it was great. my last two times, not so much.
Outdoor seating was very cold even with heat lamps. Service was lackluster. We sat there for 15 min before the server came by to ask if we wanted drinks. Food was OK but not worth the price. Our bill came out to $300 for a party of 6. We didn’t order the most expensive food on the menu.
The food was ok. Not like in the past. The staff seemed annoyed. Would I go there again? probably not but they did try.
