This restaurant is a wonderful local gem. My group enjoyed delicious camembert and mushroom starters, followed by a tasty chicken pie. The staff added an extra touch to our dining experience with their friendly and welcoming service. The price per person ranged from £20 to £30, but the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere was well worth it. I highly recommend trying the Extra Crusty Baguette. There is plenty of parking available for customers, with a free parking lot as an option.
I recently had lunch at this charming country-style pub and was very impressed. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options on the menu. This pub has gone down hill after be taken over by new management. New owner is rude and has no people skills. As a regular this is disappointing for a once very family friendly pub. Manager with the Pony tail isn’t fit to look after a public house. Very rude to me and my family including my young daughters. Will not be returning unless there is a management overhaul. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
