very happy with this place they drive from a day in doncaster to york and thought they, meh, let them try it. 3-course menu with drinks and everything served very well. portion sizes are very good. the food was delicious and as for the cheesecake (I always go for cheesecake) it was one of the best I ever had. friendly staff, nice warm mood in the inner and the background music also play decent. will return to the future when I am in the opposite.
my son and I together with my very dirty jrt came to lunch after a long walk in brockdale. we have a very warm welcome and said that the dogs could come in. we decided to sit outside as it was a nice day. the food was in front of place quickly arrive and warm and fill we would highly recommend the place
Great food with a varied menu and all served hot and together. fish was so good batter thin and crispy not gunge like you get in some places. Thoroughly enjoyed our family meal and made to feel very welcome.
