Not a fan. Here for an event i wouldn 't choose this place on my own.First the good: My room is in the Tower is fine. It 's comfortable, the shower is one of the best hotel showers I 've ever used. Even though there 's a singing group in the room next to mine at least it sounds next door, it could be much worse.Now the bad: The real problem is that my room overlooks the parking garage at 11-11:30 at night either there is a shift change or a series of car thieves or something illicit because each night there are a bunch of cars that honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk. I tried to call the front desk to suggest they send security FPO check things out shut...
The first day when I went out to Turning Stone casino, it was awful. B4 I went there a few months ago my aunt told me not to go to Turning Stone casino, cause they had lost all there money. But da only reason why I went out therebecause it was my birthday, I would not give this sorry ass casino a 5 star, or 4 star. They don't deserve a high rate from me I will never go back out to Turning Stone casino, again that was my first time and it'll be my last all I did was wasted my damn time going to that sorry ass casino. Turning stone hotel Verona ny. I have stayed here twice; the first time in January of 2022. The second time in June of 2022. I went to check in at 4pm my room was t ready. I was assigned another room. Unfortunately that room was infested with bed bugs, spiders and chiggers which ended up attacking me and biting me all over my body. I had to get another room then Delois's all my possessions. I bought steroid cortisone cream to attempt to heal the bites. The front desk managers only response was we apologize that this happened. That's it. Nothing offered, no meals, no drinks, no vouchers nothing. I slept on top of the covers the last night was there wrapped in towels. Pretty disappointing. Ple...
Not great. Rooms were good both Lodge and Tower. No issues there. They claim Skana is an elite massage place, but it was nothing to brag home about. We had to get to the airport (Syracuse and no cars, Ubers, Lyfts, taxis are available before 7am. The three staff were not will to help. The hotel has no solution for guests if they need to leave before 6am. However, the valet guys were great (3rd party company not associated with the hotel ; their service was fantastic and they help us find a solution. The Hotel at Turning Stone Casino. We were doing construction ar our house so I stayed in the older main casino hotel. I would give the check in staff a 5, the room cleanliness a 5, the lap pool and jacuzzi a 5. However I gave the room a 3 rating. For the price there should have been a microwave and or a small refrigerator in the room.m I did not sleep good for either night. Tossing and turning on the way to soft mattress. The bed was crisp and clean but Uncomfortable. i am sure they will upgrade soon, because they usually keep everything so fresh and new there. if not they should lower the price considerably.
I booked this hotel a month in advance for an event and tried to book dinner reservations required for groups of 5 or more. After several emails to the accommodation specialists phone calls to the hotel that have just stopped me, I ended the reservations at the hotel dinner that I could not book. I would never stay here! Customer service is terrible!
Customer service here is a thing of the past. Three times I came to my room and had cleaner with the key. Two times I was naked and once in the bathroom. If you drive tractor trailers, they don't want you there. You do not pick up from the parking lot or allow you to park in the parking lot at the casino.
You lost my jacket for two and a half hours. Shortly before the last call they didn't let me get the last drink, although I spoke with several guards and the reception.
The music was not very attractive to me, but I liked design there. I was afraid of the stairs, they must change the lights on them!!!
