we were recommended to come here for Sunday dinner and eating has not been disappointed at all! it was nice eating and was not so expensive, but the staff was everywhere. I waited before we called a coworker to order our drinks, then someone had to ask for our orders again. the young lady told us that none of the drinks on their menu is what they had, which totally confused us. I visited the restaurant on the evening of Friday, February 3rd, 2023, to try their carvery. The food was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the tables were dirty and sticky from spilled beer in both the bar and restaurant sections.

I had never been to this pub before and I will never go back. We were not given any direction on how to order food, the service was awful, and the food was served cold. It's a shame we had to experience this.

came up with some friends and we had a lot of coal. it was great, not very busy so we could sit all night and natter. the food was beautiful and some decadent desserts! very nice and will return!

My wife adores this restaurant and would give it five stars all the time. Personally, I think the food is a bit bland and I often find ourselves being served by a bothersome person.
