If i could, i would give this 0 stars. This is very easily the most despicable experience i have ever had. The staff is unbelievably xenophobic. The staff was picking on our group purposely, making fun of our accent because our french was below average. In particular, the manager called tony was incredibly unwelcoming and biased towards our group. Remarks were made about our choices of clothes, making our female friends horribly uncomfortable. The clients were almost as bad as the workers, scouring every possible opportunity for an unnecessary fight. Despite the decor and the location of the place, the bar is pitiful Deplorable service! We go to drink a cocktail (we chose Caïpi because it was not possible to have mojitos) The horror of drinking such poorly prepared drinks!!! No joke, we come to your bar to have fun, we leave super disappointed!! Even if we come at the end of the season and the staff is tired with poor service management, that's no reason to serve such bad cocktails!!! My daughter and her friends wanted a change and I suggested they go there... They were served! Barely back and thinking about their age (18 years old , the bouncers immediately told them that if they came back it was only to consume (too bad they had brought their pétanque balls ! Good atmosphere and mixed crowd. The music is retro 70-80-90. The only original bit I found was the DJ yelling in French insanities about other renowned DJs in the name of the venue such as le Balap enc David Guetta . Very odd indeed!
A small little tabacco shop my dad visited 40 years ago, turned into an iconic club in the region. A must visit when you are close and looking for a good time. Can be very full in the summer, but makes it a whole lot of fun.
