We only stayed at this campsite for 2 nights in our campervan, and it was an amazing experience! The pub is located right by the river, with a stunning view from the beer garden. The owner recommended that we eat and drink at the pub during our stay, and we were not disappointed. The prices were very affordable. The location is only 3 miles away from Morecambe and Lancaster, making it a great spot for exploring the area. They also have glamping pods and bungalows available for rent.
We have just returned home from two nights away in One of the pods with our two young son's. They especially loved the quirky pod and we found them surprisingly cosy and warm throughout the night. Beautiful views and the golden ball pub is welcoming and very well priced with a little play park for the boys to play on while we enjoyed a nice drink. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!
Working in the local area for 2 days, travelled up from Portsmouth this place was an oasis after a long drive and days work. Staff, food, accommodation, ambience and food all were excellent. Will definitely be coming here again hopefully at the end of the month. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know

This place is amazing to stay at. The staff is friendly, helpful, and chatty. Maria showed a lot of interest and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here again.
This has become my new regular....loved staying in the pods, enjoyed several family occasions including my birthday meal here and staff are just so friendly and helpful xx
Great place, Proffessional staff. Good food and drinks, with 1st class surroundings, furnishing and very comfortable with outwtanding view and good parking, a real winner.
