Their pancakes are simply the best! No matter what's inside, the texture is incomparable: crunchy as can be, serrated, with a generous smell, a taste mixed with buckwheat and salted butter with something extra, unique to them that I can't manage not to be defined... Their particular skill? I don't know, but it's super addictive and I've never found anything better. The ingredients inside are artisanal Breton products and cooked wonderfully such as the scallops, all golden on the outside, and pearl color in the center, or the bacon, with its perfectly grilled meaty taste. By far the best pancakes in St Quay Portrieux. Thin, crispy and copiously buttered, a treat. With a terrace in full sun facing the sea, it's difficult to find a more ideal spot for lunch!
