The Grand Berlin - Tisch reservieren

It began with the receptionist to tell me that I had no reservation. I had the open table confirmation in my emails, but I didn't have the need to prove it right. It didn't even make a difference because over half of the restaurant was empty, but he only felt he had to be right. So he would have stopped making useless statements... Secondly, when I wanted to get something from my jacket after the meal and before I went to the bar, I was told I should get my jacket myself.
