I had an amazing discovery today in the Old Market. My family and I sampled the Pork Gyros, Lamb pitas, and Yemista, all of which were fresh and bursting with flavor. The pitas were soft, easy to bite into, and held together beautifully. The combination of the fillings was perfectly balanced, with the meat being incredibly tender. The Yemista stood out with its delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors, enriched with vibrant yet mild herbs, making for a satisfying and hearty dish. If I had to nitpick, my only complaint about this wonderfully cooked lunch was that it was over too quickly! I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while at the market today, and it was an incredible experience. The food was fantastic—definitely the best Greek cuisine I’ve had, and I will absolutely be returning. The owner was very hospitable and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
had the slowly boiled lamb on the pita with all circumcisions. delicate, juicy, full taste and accompanied by a beet root relish and granatapfel. from this world! also had spinach cake and a filled pfeffer, but could not stop eating even photos to make!
The Greek food here is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. I had the best spinach pie I've ever tasted, along with a beetroot salad topped with feta and pomegranate. Each dish offered a wonderful variety of textures and flavors.

beautiful traditional Greek eating, small menu, so everything is perfect and freshly prepared to order, the best Greek salad I had outside Greece. highly recommended.
Truly amazing Greek food. The best by far I've had in England and easily comparable to anything I used to eat back home. Except maybe Kifisea Pig (RIP).
