The Greyfriar - Tisch reservieren

Absolutely superb!! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. We were given the function room as we were a large party. The host and staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing too! I highly recommend the Buddha bowls and Toppled flower pot for dessert. Thank you for making my birthday very special.

We had a really delicious lunch on Easter Saturday. Really innovative and varied food, particular recommendations on the scotch egg, the crispy chicken burger and the toppled flowerpot dessert. Lovely attentive staff and a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!

Thank God…the Sunday roast is back and finally The Greyfriar appears to be a thriving village pub once again. I simply could not fault the Sunday lunch we have just had, it was delicious and generous. The beef was so tasty, the vegetables were delicious...

Under new management. If visiting the area this placed is not to be missed. In my opinion the Greyfriars is the jewel in the crown for Chawton

Lovely old classic pub. Great vegan roast. Was really tasty! We had their nutless roast.
