Had lunch on a sunny Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends. The weather was delightful. Could have had a table outside, but the menu is slightly reduced and didn't want to be surrounded by smokers unsure if they can smoke on the terrace, but didn't want to take a chance
Roast potatoes undercooked.Nobody asked if we wanted another drink or if food was ok.Empty plates sat on the table for minutes with several members of staff ignoring.Waited another further to pay after we asked for the bill
I like this venue but appeared to be understaffed leading to delays in taking and bringing our orders. I have been visiting since and food is consistently good and value for money.Staff are always welcoming
Greyhound is a lovely tucked away country pub in Brentwood. Lovely food, service could be a lot better with more staff to avoid long waits in between courses, drinks and paying Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was excellent and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Waitress was particularly good. Lovely setting and good outside space. Will definitely return
Been here on many occasions over the past couple of years including Christmas Eve 2017, never been disappointed in the food, service and great value...
So disappointed with the food today. Loads of items missing, the special board wasn’t read out to us. Veg was hard and meat was fatty

This is the second time we have found this in running out of food at 2.30 what’s happening we won’t be back unless improved
