Ordered three large breakfasts.. they came... eggs were so overdone that you could throw them as mini frisbees and brown underneath. Asked for better eggs which did arrive within ten minutes. Meanwhile we ate or attempted to eat the ONE small mushroom that was served whole with the breakfast. All three mushrooms were raw and looked like they had been put on a grill for less than 20 seconds top down. The bar manager insisted that 's not how they are cooked but how else can you explain such awful quality of food. Completely uncooked inside. I stopped by this restaurant for lunch and ordered through the app. The drinks arrived quickly, but the food looked like it had been reheated multiple times, particularly the eggs and beans. Despite this, the food was still edible. The staff all seemed to be dressed in a black uniform, except one person named Nick who was wearing dirty and creased jeans and a shirt. When serving food, it is important to be clean and well-presented. Some other staff members were wearing short skirts and had to constantly adjust them. At one point, the chef lost a customer's order and didn't have any left to replace it. I witnessed the chef scooping out food with his fingers and licking them before continuing...
We went on Friday evening and it was busy. We ordered a main meal each and a drink using the app. The food came before the drinks. The drinks arrived after a 30 minutes wait, I'd ordered a pint of pepsi max with no ice and got half a pint with ice. I qued at the bar and got it changed. We then ordered puddings and another round of drinks. The puddings arrived but no drinks, I qued at the bar again to be told it was busy and drinks were taking about 30 minutes, we'd already been waiting 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I complained and was told it was busy, I got a refund for my drinks as had had enough. Don't think I would bother going in again
I visited this pub for a late lunch yesterday, 13-7-23, around 3pm with a disabled resident I support. Upon arrival, the Manager instructed a young worker to clear a table. The worker asked which table and the Manager responded harshly, causing me to feel disgusted by his tone. Another customer commented that he must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed that day. I found this behavior unacceptable and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Although the other staff were friendly and the food was great, I will think twice before returning due to the manager's unacceptable behavior.

Ordered a pint of coors light and it was served cloudy funny taste like cider and smelt of apple took it back to the bar staff explained that the pump at the top of bar was playing up they then pulled me a pint from another pump at the bottom of the bar just the same I was then told this is how the coors is ! What a badly brewed batch that shouldn’t be sold containing to much Acetaldehyde this can’t be correct can it
Slow service. The staff are more interested in having a laugh among themselves and prancing around behind the bar, rather than serving customers, which is their primary role. I like to support Wetherspoons as they champion real ale and I agree with a lot of Tim Martin's morals but will take my custom elsewhere to get better service, even if it means paying more for a pint.
lively pub in the north side of bromley. clean, clean, friendly, efficient staff, good selection of drinks, has not eaten here, but looked like a good menu and restaurant area was busy, toilets clean. good value in comparison to others.
This tall girl with purple hair provide me a 10/10 service and was very attentive. Someone gave me a single instead a double that I paid for and she sorted it out straight away. Would definitely come back for that service.

The bar staff were terrible, as he only seemed capable of using the words "eh", "what", and "dunno". This was not a great example of welcoming customers, especially since I had previously encountered friendly staff.
